To keep our service focused and pricing transparent, the following are not part of a standard clean — but can be added on request: dishes, laundry, inside the oven or fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, walls, clutter organization, or anything behind heavy furniture.
Nope — most clients aren't home. Many leave a key or door code and come back to a fresh house. Whatever works best for you works for us.
Absolutely — we're careful and considerate around pets. We add a small $20 pet upcharge for homes with shedding pets since it adds meaningful time to the clean.
The first clean is a full reset — getting your home to the standard we then maintain going forward. It takes significantly more time. After that first visit, your normal rate kicks in. Any clean after a 6+ week gap is also priced as a first clean.
We use whatever gets the best results for each surface and situation — including eco-friendly options on request. Happy to share exactly what we use, or accommodate specific allergies or sensitivities if you let us know ahead of time.
